Custom K9 Design Goes Green!

From the start, we decided that we wanted to do everything possible to be as ecologically friendly a company as we could be. We started with lots of research,and ended with some pretty simple changes to do our part. Some of the environmentally responsible choices we’ve made:

* Purchasing Leather Hides from Tanneries that use the whole animal
* Recycling leather scraps thru “FreeCycle”, or donating to local charity groups as craft supplies
* Using low V.O.C. Chemicals, when applicable
* Re-using shipping materials (you never know what box your order from CK9D might come in!)
* Using USPS Eco-Friendly Packaging, when re-useable shipping materials are not available
* Recycling all used paper, ink cartridges, cans, bottles and hazardous chemicals
