
The Bottom Line On Shipping:
- We want to get things to you as quickly as we possibly can;
- To keep things simple, we offer Free Shipping on any domestic order totaling over $75 every day;
- Product availability may vary- you will always be notified of any variances to our standard policy;
- Under-commit; over-deliver.
The Details:
Our primary shipping service is USPS. We use “Priority Shipping” which is fast, two-day service to most locations for packages. This is the only only two-day service that delivers to mailboxes, mail slots and P.O. Boxes. Also, they offer Saturday delivery and residential delivery at no extra cost.
A note on availability; each product usually ships within 5 (Five) Business Days. For example, some items will ship within 24 hours, others in a few days, while some may take as many as several weeks (especially custom products). We pride ourselves on our quality products, and that means EACH one is hand-made, and may not be on hand at the moment you order. Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on "business" days.
International Orders:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Free Shipping Offer:
We have a standing policy of free shipping on any domestic order totaling $75 or more (before tax). This offer applies to our shipping service USPS thru "Priority Shipping". Free shipping promotions are available on domestic shipments only.
Our Shipping Rates are based on Order Subtotal. We have customized our rates to match product sizes/weights and the size box required to ship. For example, most of our orders totaling under $40.00 will ship in a "USPS Flat Rate (SMALL) Box", so we can keep S&H low. Above $40.00 our products exceed the small box dimensions, and usually require a medium or large box with additional weight. If you have an order over $100 and want to check with us for alternate shipping rates/methods, please contact us!

The Bottom Line on Returns:
- Most importantly, we want you to be happy with your purchase, and we would like to be the place you think of first when you think of quality goods for your dogs.
- If you have any problems with goods purchased from us, first please contact us by phone (412) CK9D-4-ME, or email us at ginny@customk9design.com. We are available at most any time.
- You are responsible for measuring your dog and ordering the correct size. Please do not allow your dog to wear the item if it does not fit. Try it on, it fits or it doesn't!
- Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery (if returned in sell-able condition), for an exchange or a refund (less shipping charges if applicable).
- A 25% restocking fee will be assessed on returns if the item has been worn and is no longer re-sellable.
Regarding Free Shipping Promotions:
We offer Free shipping on sale exceeding $75 as a benefit of purchasing from Custom K9 Design. Returns will be refunded the full amount less our actual outbound shipping cost.
*Of course any item that has a defect in quality or workmanship can be returned for a full refund or preferably exchanged thru our Lifetime Guarantee Program.
